Become the AI person.

The most valuable person in any company right now is the one who can take a messy business problem and get AI to solve it reliably. Nobody has a ten-year head start on that. Here is the loop I run inside companies, and the ways I can help you run it yourself.

For individuals and small teams. A company that wants the whole thing done for it starts on the Corbel home page.

Why now

The skill everyone wants and almost nobody has.

These are not my numbers. They are the reason this page exists.

The loop

Five steps. Run them once and you are already ahead of most people.

This is the same loop I run inside companies. Nothing about it needs code.

  1. Pick one painful problem

List every manual task you or your team did last week. Circle the one that eats the most hours. That is your first problem. Ignore the shiny ones.

  2. Name the number before you touch anything

Hours back, mistakes cut, or money made. Write it down. That number is what you are delivering, and it is what you will be judged on. You are selling the destination, not the journey.

  3. Build the fix with the real documents

Give Claude the last few examples, the template, and a checklist of where the numbers come from. Work it until it nails the job every time. Only use tools your company allows, and never put company or customer data into anything that is not approved.

  4. Prove it moved

Record a two-minute before-and-after. “This used to take me four hours. Watch.” Four hours to twenty minutes is a fact, and facts travel.

  5. Collect the next one

Show it in a team meeting and ask one question: “Does anyone have a task they want me to look at?” Every answer goes back through the loop. Your results are now your proof.

Two ways in

In-house, or on your own. Same loop, different payoff.

Most people who learn this do not want to run an agency. They want to be very good at their job and paid for it. Both paths start with one proven number.

In-house

Become the AI person where you already work

You already know the people, the systems, and where the time gets wasted. That is an advantage no outside agency can touch. Stack up wins, frame each one as your manager’s win, and make the role official before the job posting exists.

  • Stable paycheck, growing leverage
  • Titles now appearing: AI enablement lead, head of AI operations
  • Bring one demo build to your next review, or your next interview
Independent

Take the loop to other companies

Start with people who already know you. Build one thing for free, then sell the audit, then price the build from the audit, then move to a monthly retainer. That last step is what fixes the income roller coaster.

  • Freedom and no ceiling, with real months of chaos
  • Sales calls become part of the job
  • Your proven numbers are the only marketing that works
How I can help

Learn it with someone who does it for a living.

Two ways to work with me, and two free tools to start today.

Available now

The AI person workshop, for teams

Half a day with your team, on site in Ontario or live online, working on your real tasks. Everyone leaves with the loop installed and at least one fix started, measured against its number.

  • Six to twelve people
  • Your tools, your documents, your security boundary
  • A recording and a written recap for everyone who missed it
First group forming

The AI person group, for you

A small group, six weeks, one real problem each. Weekly build sessions, feedback on your work, and a proven number by the end. Dates and price are set once the first group is full enough to run.

  • Foundations and safe practice
  • Practical AI workflows you can repeat
  • Governed automation, only as far as your goals require

Sharing interest does not commit you to anything, and it does not put you on a marketing list. You will hear from me once, when the group has a date.

Questions

Before you start.

Straight answers.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Building the fix means setting Claude up with the right instructions and the real documents behind the task, then judging the result and giving feedback. If you can explain a job clearly and tell good work from bad, you are ready.

Why Claude?

Because it is the strongest tool for this work today, and it is what I run my own company on. The skill you are building, turning a messy problem into a reliable AI-run process, transfers to whatever tool comes next.

Is this a course?

Not yet. Today there is a workshop for teams, a group forming for individuals, and two free tools. Nothing on this page is a promise of dates, prices, or outcomes until they are published.

Will this turn into a sales pitch for consulting?

No. Companies that want the whole thing done for them have their own front door. This page is for the person who wants to do it themselves.

Pick the task. Name the number. Start this week.

If you want a second pair of eyes on your first loop, email me what the task is and what number you are chasing. I read every one.
