1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use corbelops.com and its public materials. If you do not agree, do not use the website. “Corbel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Corbel Ops Inc., a Canadian federal corporation.
2. Website information is not an engagement
Website information is not a proposal, professional advice, or a binding service commitment. Descriptions, examples, prices, availability, timelines, and offers are general website information until they are confirmed for a specific engagement.
Review, Build, Operate, learning, or other paid work is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement governs the paid work.
3. No professional advice or promised result
The website may discuss operations, technology, AI, privacy, security, finance, procurement, or legal and regulatory boundaries. It does not provide legal, accounting, financial, security, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Public examples and sample materials are illustrative and do not promise a particular result.
4. Acceptable use
You may view, link to, and use the website for legitimate evaluation of Corbel and its services. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or create unreasonable load;
- misrepresent your identity or your relationship with Corbel;
- use website materials unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights; or
- copy or present Corbel materials in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership, certification, or authorship.
5. Corbel materials
The website’s design, text, reports, methods, and other materials created by Corbel are owned by Corbel, unless a page states otherwise. You may keep reasonable copies for your own evaluation. No other licence is granted unless Corbel agrees in writing.
Client ownership, licences, and rights in engagement-specific work are defined by the applicable written agreement, not these website Terms.
6. Third-party services and links
The website links to or loads services operated by others, including Cal.com and LinkedIn. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Corbel does not control their availability, content, or security.
Third-party names, logos, products, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance helps identify systems or services and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.
7. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors, become unavailable, or change. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its public materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limits on website liability
To the extent permitted by law, Corbel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update the website or these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest published version. Your continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later website use.
These Terms are governed by applicable Canadian law and the laws of the province or territory in which Corbel has its principal place of business, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law.
