The flagship / On site, 90 days, one number

Your AI person. On site. For ninety days.

I move into your business for one quarter. Not a workshop, not a deck, not a chatbot. I sit with the people doing the work, find where the hours and the money leak, name the number we are going to move, build the fixes with Claude and the systems you already run, prove the numbers moved, and hand it all over to someone in your building.

From CAD $9,000 per month, 90-day minimum. Scope, fee, and timing are confirmed before day one. Nothing is paid or accessed on the first call.

Why an embed

The tools were the easy part. Getting a result is the job.

Most companies have already paid for AI. The pilots ran, a few people got excited, and the number on the P&L did not move. The missing piece is not another tool. It is a person inside the business whose only job is making the tools pay.

Inside, not alongside

Advice from outside gets filed. Someone at the next desk, watching the Friday report get built by hand, gets it fixed.

One number at a time

Every piece of work is tied to hours back, mistakes cut, or money made before it starts. If it cannot be measured, it does not get built.

An ending built in

Ninety days. Then I run it under Operate, your own AI person runs it, or both. The engagement is designed to end well, not to last forever.

The 90-day plan

Four phases. Each one ends with something you can hold.

The dates flex with your calendar. The order does not.

Days 1 to 14 · On site

Map

  • Interviews with the people doing the work, not just the people managing it.
  • Every manual task from the last two weeks, listed, with the hours it eats.
  • The security boundary: which tools are approved, what data never leaves, who can see what.
  • A tool inventory: what you pay for, what is used, what is dead weight.
  • The number. Written down, agreed, and measured before anything is built.
Days 15 to 45 · Build

First fixes live

  • Two to four workflows, chosen by hours saved and how fast they can be proven.
  • Built with Claude and the systems you already run, wired with your real process documents until they hold.
  • Each fix measured weekly against its number, in the open.
  • A two-minute before-and-after recording for each one, so the team sees it, not just hears about it.
Days 46 to 75 · Compound

The next tasks arrive on their own

  • Once people see one task disappear, they bring the next. Those run through the same loop.
  • Your internal AI person is named and shadows every build from here on.
  • Renewal-style discipline: anything built gets a runbook, an owner, and a failure path.
Days 76 to 90 · On site

Hand over

  • Day-one numbers next to day-ninety numbers, workflow by workflow.
  • Runbooks, logins, and ownership transferred to your people.
  • The decision: Operate with Corbel, run it yourselves, or a mix. No pressure either way, the assets are already yours.
What stays with you

Everything built is yours. Including the person who can run it.

The point of an embed is to leave capability behind, not dependence.

The systems

Every workflow lives in your accounts, under your logins, with your data. Corbel never becomes the only one who knows how it works.

The documents

Runbooks, process documents, evaluation sets, and the before-and-after evidence. Readable by a new hire on day one.

The AI person

One person on your team who has watched every build, can run the loop alone, and knows when to stop. If you would rather grow that person first, start at Learn.

Terms

Know the numbers before we speak.

Every price is in CAD. Final scope, fee, and timing are confirmed in writing before day one.

From CAD $9,000 per month

90-day minimum. Then Operate is optional and priced to responsibility, from CAD $500 per month for one workflow.

Included
Two on-site weeks at the start, on-site days at the milestones, an on-site hand-over, and remote build time in between. Two to four workflows in the first 45 days, the tasks your team brings after that, runbooks, evidence, and the AI-person hand-over.
Not included
Third-party model, software, hosting, and data fees, disclosed separately and paid in your accounts. Travel outside Ontario, billed at cost and agreed in advance.
Quoted above the start
Regulated data, multi-entity groups, more than one site, or a compressed calendar.
Capacity
One embed at a time. The next start date is set on the intro call.
Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

An embed only works when both sides are honest about fit before day one.

A good fit

  • Owner-led companies of ten to two hundred people with real operations and a back office that runs on people and spreadsheets.
  • A leader who can make a decision every week and a team willing to show me how the work actually gets done.
  • Tools already paid for that nobody fully uses.
  • A number you already suspect is wrong: hours, errors, or money.

Not a fit

  • A chatbot for the website, or AI for the press release.
  • No access to the systems or the people doing the work.
  • Work that has to happen without being measured.
  • Enterprises that need a vendor with a bench, not one operator.
Questions

Before you book.

Short answers here. The long ones happen on the call.

How much of my team's time does this take?

Week one is the heaviest: about an hour per person I interview, and a standing hour a week with the decision maker after that. The whole design is to give hours back, not take them.

What do you need access to?

Read access to the systems where the work happens, and the people who do it. Write access only to what we agree to build, in your accounts, after the security boundary is drawn. Nothing is accessed on the first call.

Do you use Claude for everything?

Claude is the primary tool because it is the strongest one for this work today. The company already licenses other tools and those get used where they fit. The skill being installed is turning a messy business problem into a reliable AI-run process. That skill outlives any single tool.

What if we want you to stay?

Operate exists for that: Corbel runs named workflows, handles defined exceptions, reports evidence, and escalates decisions reserved for people. It is priced to responsibility and it is optional.

Can we start smaller?

Yes. A Systems Review from CAD $2,999 maps one priority problem and leaves you an executable roadmap. Many embeds start there.

Which number would you move first?

Bring the task that eats the most hours. Twenty minutes on a call and you will know whether an embed is the right next step, and when the next start date is.
