Corbel Ops/Systems Review
Stage 1 / Five business days from access

See the whole operation before you change it.

We combine systems, documents, process knowledge, structured interviews, and approved AI work when available. You leave with an evidence map, workflow verdicts, priorities, and a bounded, priced Build plan.

Read-only until you approve a build. Nothing is paid or accessed on the first call.

The problem

When nobody owns the backend, everyone works around it.

The symptoms look small in isolation. Together they create delay, unreliable decisions, and risk that stays invisible until something breaks.

Onboarding takes days

New clients, companies, or programs are set up by hand across several tools.

Dashboards disagree

Reports show different numbers, so decisions move back to intuition and manual checks.

Automations fail quietly

Reminders and handoffs stop running, with no useful signal that something changed.

Access grows without a plan

Old links, broad shares, and role changes make it hard to know who can see what.

One person knows how it works

The operating knowledge sits with someone who changed roles or already left.

Records conflict

Two systems and a spreadsheet describe the same customer differently, with no authority.

The review

Five steps from access to a priced plan.

You bring the goals, constraints, and business context. Corbel builds the evidence map, verifies the current state, and turns it into decisions.

Intake

Goals, must-keeps, users, constraints, source documents, and the first system map.

Access

Client-created read-only credentials. We cannot change the live system.

Deep review

Systems, SOPs, handoffs, interviews, reporting, and approved AI history when useful.

Verification

Completeness and cross-checking run until the evidence is internally consistent.

Decision dossier

Evidence map, workflow verdicts, risk register, priorities, owners, and a priced Build scope.

Read-only by design

The Review does not touch the live system. Access is scoped, evidence is minimized, raw working data is removed after the defined retention period, and credentials are revoked at the end of the engagement.

Verification complete
Clear commercial steps

Price the understanding first. Price the build from evidence.

Each offer stands on its own. The Build scope and price come from the evidence in the Review, not from a generic implementation menu.

Stage 1 / Review

Systems Review

CAD $4,500

Fixed fee. Five business days from complete access.

An evidence map, workflow verdicts, risk register, current-state assessment, priority roadmap, and a bounded, priced Build plan.

  • 50% to begin, 50% on delivery
  • Read-only access throughout
  • Credited in full toward a Build that begins within 45 days
  • The plan is yours whether or not we build it

Operate after launch. From CAD $1,000/month, Corbel can monitor system health, support users, maintain integrations, and ship approved improvements. Or we can run it with your internal owner, train them, and hand over the controls and runbook. You do not need an ongoing retainer to keep the system.

What you can hold us to

A bounded Review with a usable decision at the end.

The offer is defined by Corbel's own commitments, not claims about how every other provider works.

Named boundary

The scope, access, timeline, price, and retention period are agreed before review work starts.

Evidence attached

Findings connect to the reviewed system and are cross-checked before the walkthrough.

Decision ready

You receive the current-state map, risks, priorities, and priced Build plan whether or not Corbel continues.

Where it leads

Useful on its own. Built to open the next stage.

The plan is yours to run in-house. When the evidence justifies more, the Review opens a scoped Build and, if wanted, Operate.
