Start from evidence
A Build begins with a mapped workflow or a Corbel Review that can combine systems, documents, interviews, and approved AI work. Not a feature wishlist.
Corbel improves the current stack, connects systems, extends the AI products you already use, or builds the missing operating layer. Every engagement includes the documentation, controls, and enablement needed to make the result usable beyond launch.
Evidence-led scope. Controlled release. Documented ownership.
The Build must remove meaningful operating friction, create clear ownership, and be maintainable after the first release. Improving the current tools remains a valid outcome.

Keep the systems that work. Replace only the layer that blocks the operation or creates avoidable risk.
Document the data, logic, access, and handoff so another operator can take over without reverse engineering.
No surface is automatically better. Corbel chooses the smallest architecture that gives the people doing the work the control, context, and reliability they need.
Rework a CRM, database, form, automation, or report when the tools are capable but the operating design is not.
Join existing systems around one dependable handoff, and extend the frontier AI products your team already works in.
Create a role-specific app or automation when a workflow needs a dedicated interface, shared state, and fewer workarounds, while people keep control of consequential decisions.
For the right engagement, several role-specific modules may need shared identity, permissions, sources, approvals, history, and navigation. Corbel can establish that customer foundation, but does not force it onto work that belongs elsewhere.
Evidence-gatedCorbel Workspace is a customer-specific delivery foundation, not off-the-shelf software. It becomes useful only when multiple operational modules need the same boundaries and context.
Authentication, role permissions, tenant separation, and a source registry.
Provenance, human checkpoints, audit history, decisions, and a visible roadmap.
Clear module boundaries, exportable data, documented handoff, and customer offboarding.
Workspace is configured within a suitable engagement. It is not a public SaaS signup, a packaged software platform, or a compulsory destination.
Corbel keeps people, permissions, data, acceptance checks, documentation, and enablement inside the delivery process.
Map the workflow, evidence, users, risks, and the decision the system must support.
Test the smallest useful surface with representative information and real role boundaries.
Stage data changes, verify permissions, test failure paths, and agree acceptance criteria.
Document ownership, train the responsible people, and agree the operating handoff.
Builds begin at CAD $7,500 and are scoped from the Review evidence. Larger and enterprise programs receive a separate boundary, sequence, and price before build work begins.
A Corbel Review can combine the operating backend, SOPs, documents, structured interviews, workflow walkthroughs, and approved AI history. Backread contributes only when that history is useful and available.
Bring the Review, workflow, or workarounds. We will determine the smallest durable system worth delivering.
